The Gorgon is a manually actuated barrier gate arm designed to safely allow or deny vehicular access to roadways, entrances, driveways, ramps, parking lots and other areas. Access denial is accomplished by presenting a high-visibility physical barrier across the roadway. Gorgon barriers can be installed with either a fixed stanchion to receive the arm in the down position or a folding stanchion that automatically deploys as the arm is lowered.
